Valfrjáls greining

Þú getur spilað án Google Analytics. Google-merkið hleðst aðeins eftir að þú velur Leyfa á léni leiksins. Nei takk hafnar greiningu. Spilun eða að hunsa tilkynninguna er ekki samþykki. Veldu Persónuvernd hvenær sem er til að breyta valinu eða afturkalla samþykki. Valið gildir sérstaklega í hverjum vafra og á hverju léni.

Með samþykki þínu, samkvæmt a-lið 1. mgr. 6. gr. GDPR, fær Google upplýsingar um heimsóknir og leikviðburði, svo sem upphaf og lok umferðar, auðkenni úr vefkökum og upplýsingar um vafra, tæki og tengingu. Kóðinn slekkur á Google Signals og sérsniðnum auglýsingum og fjarlægir fyrirspurnarstrengi og brot úr vefslóðum sem hann sendir. Nöfn, netföng og skilaboð úr samskiptaforminu fara ekki í leikgreiningu.

Staðbundin gögn og samskipti

fh_lang, fh_snd og fh_best geyma tungumál og hljóðstillingu og besta árangur aðeins ef þú virkjar „Muna besta árangur“ í Persónuvernd. Annars er nýr besti árangur aðeins í minni síðunnar. fh_remember_best_v1 man þetta aðskilda val; sé slökkt á því er vistuðum besta árangri einnig eytt. fh_analytics_consent_v1 geymir greiningarval og dagsetningu þess í 180 daga. Samþykktar Google-kökur, fh_ga og fh_ga_…, endast í allt að 90 daga. Þegar greining er ekki leyfð eru þær og eldri _ga-kökur fjarlægðar. Leikstillingar geymast þar til þú hreinsar gögn vefsins í vafranum.

Samskiptaformið sendir skilaboð, svarnetfang, valfrjálst nafn og tungumál í gegnum Resend í pósthólf þróunaraðilans. Þetta er ekki skráning á markpóstlista eða samþykki fyrir greiningu. Ekki senda viðkvæmar persónuupplýsingar eða óþarfar upplýsingar um aðra. Deilimyndir og leikframvinda eru á tækinu þar til þú velur að deila eða vista mynd. Letur er hýst á vefnum án beiðna til Google Fonts.

Hýsing, tilgangur og varðveisla

Vercel hýsir leikinn og vinnur með tengiupplýsingar, þar á meðal IP-tölur og beiðnaskrár, til að reka og verja vefinn. Lögmætir hagsmunir af rekstri, öryggi og að svara erindum eru grundvöllur þeirrar vinnslu og meðhöndlunar samskipta. Þú mátt andmæla vinnslu sem byggist á lögmætum hagsmunum. IP-tölum er umbreytt í tímabundin auðkenni í minni netþjóns til að takmarka misnotkun; auðkennin eru ekki send með tölvupósti.

Samskipti eru varðveitt meðan þau eru til skoðunar og svars og meðan eftirfylgni sama erindis er nauðsynleg. Gögn sem þarf vegna ágreinings eða lagaskyldu eru geymd í þeim tilgangi um viðeigandi tíma. Varðveisla hýsingarskráa og greiningargagna ræðst af stillingum þjónustuaðila og reikninga. Greining er notuð til að skilja þróun og bæta leikinn. Hafðu samband til að fá upplýsingar um gildandi varðveislustillingar eða óska eyðingar. Útrunnar kökur og afturköllun samþykkis eyða ekki eldri skýrslum.

Þjónustuaðilar og flutningur utan EES

Þjónustuaðilar eru Vercel Inc., Resend / Plus Five Five, Inc., tölvupóstþjónustur sem koma að samskiptum og, ef þú leyfir greiningu, Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC. Gögn geta verið unnin utan EES, þar á meðal í Bandaríkjunum. Vinnsluskilmálar þeirra lýsa samningsbundnum verndarráðstöfunum og viðeigandi ákvörðunum um fullnægjandi vernd. Réttindi þín

Þú getur óskað aðgangs, leiðréttingar, eyðingar, takmörkunar og flutnings gagna þegar það á við, og andmælt vinnslu á grundvelli lögmætra hagsmuna. Þú getur afturkallað greiningarsamþykki með Persónuvernd-hnappnum og haldið áfram að spila. Afturköllun breytir ekki lögmæti fyrri vinnslu sem byggðist á gildu samþykki.

Við svörum án ástæðulausrar tafar, að jafnaði innan eins mánaðar. Ef heimil framlenging er nauðsynleg vegna fjölda eða flækjustigs beiðna er hún útskýrð innan fyrsta mánaðarins. Við óskum aðeins upplýsinga sem þarf með sanngjörnum hætti til að finna gögn og staðfesta auðkenni. Stundum er ekki hægt að finna greiningarfærslu án auðkennis vefköku; við söfnum ekki viðbótarauðkennum eingöngu í þeim tilgangi.

Þú getur kvartað til Persónuverndar eða persónuverndaryfirvalda þar sem þú býrð eða vinnur. Leikurinn tekur ekki sjálfvirkar ákvarðanir sem hafa réttaráhrif eða sambærileg veruleg áhrif á þig og óskar ekki eftir viðkvæmum upplýsingum.

Playing and analytics

You can play without Google Analytics. We load the Google tag only after you select Allow on a production game domain. No thanks declines analytics; playing or ignoring the notice does not give consent. Open Privacy at any time to change or withdraw your choice. Each domain and browser remembers its own choice.

With your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), Google Analytics receives page views, gameplay events such as the start and end of a run, cookie identifiers, and browser, device and connection information. The app disables Google Signals and advertising personalization, uses a fixed game page URL without query strings or fragments, and sends no contact names, email addresses or messages in gameplay events.

Local game data and contact

fh_lang, fh_snd and fh_best store language and sound choice, and the best score only if you enable “Remember my best score” in Privacy. Without that choice new best scores stay in page memory. fh_remember_best_v1 remembers this separate choice; turning it off also deletes the stored best score. fh_analytics_consent_v1 stores the analytics choice and its date. Consented Google cookies use fh_ga and fh_ga_…. Privacy controls also remove legacy _ga cookies when analytics is not allowed.

The contact form sends your message, reply email, optional name and chosen language through Resend to the developer’s mailbox. Game progress and generated share pictures remain on your device unless you choose to share or download them. Fonts are served from this website, without a request to Google Fonts.

Hosting, messages and legal basis

Vercel delivers the website and processes connection information, including IP addresses and request logs, to operate it and prevent abuse. We rely on legitimate interests in providing and securing the game. When you send a request or feedback, we use the information you provide to review and answer it and improve the game, based on legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us. You may object to this processing. These messages are not a marketing subscription or consent to analytics.

Messages pass through Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) to the developer’s email mailbox. Email providers also process messages for delivery and storage. A reply address is needed when you request a reply or access; the feedback form indicates which fields are optional. Do not include sensitive personal information or other people’s details unless necessary for your request.

Retention

The browser remembers an analytics choice for 180 days and consented Google Analytics cookies for up to 90 days. Preferences remain on your device until you remove this site’s data in your browser. Cookie expiry and withdrawing consent do not delete previously collected reports.

We keep correspondence while reviewing and responding to it, and while follow-up on the same request remains necessary. A record needed for a dispute or legal obligation is kept for that purpose for the applicable period. Hosting logs and analytics records are subject to provider and account retention settings; analytics is used to understand trends and improve the game. Contact us for the applicable retention settings or to request deletion. The application’s abuse limit uses temporary keyed hashes of connection addresses in server memory; it does not send those hashes in email.

Providers and international transfers

Our providers include Vercel Inc., Resend / Plus Five Five, Inc., the email providers involved in correspondence, and, if you allow analytics, Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC. These providers may process data outside the EEA, including in the United States. Their data-processing terms describe contractual safeguards and any applicable adequacy framework. You can request information about the safeguards applicable to your data and a copy from us.

Your rights

Contact the email above to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability where applicable, or to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time through the game’s privacy controls and keep playing. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing based on valid consent.

We respond without undue delay and normally within one month of receiving a request. If a permitted extension is needed because of its complexity or number of requests, we explain it within that first month. We request only the information reasonably needed to find your records and verify your identity. We may be unable to identify an analytics record without its cookie identifier; we do not collect extra identifying information just for that purpose.

You can complain to Persónuvernd in Iceland or the supervisory authority where you live or work. We do not use the game to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. The game does not ask for health, financial or other sensitive personal information.
